My friends just reminded me they were at this show….this was the start of the holiday shows I guess. 2 nights in a place the size of your high school gymnasium….blow your face off good! Thanks so much Pete!

Well said, Dan. It does sound like a precursor to the Seeger Sessions – Joyous stuff man! Kudos to the Max Weinberg 7 for not only capturing the music – but taking it to new levels beyond anyone’s expectations. All with only two rehearsals. Impressive!

I can”t leave it with just one quick reply. This show sounds AMAZING! It will be in constant rotation through New Year’s Day. I love the cacophonous sound that all the musicians make together. You can hear the joy and enthusiasm. Roll Of The Dice just knocks me out. It sounds like Bruce just got everyone on stage and told them to sing and play their asses off. Kind of a precursor to the rollicking sound that the Sessions band used.

One more thing – I love Patti, I really do. But I don’t think vibrato is a strong enough word for the way she sometimes sings. Undulating. Undulatato?
