It took me some time to get over John's early pop stuff... I 'wanted' to like him, but I just couldn't back then. After seeing him on the 2006 Crossroads DVD, though, I started paying a little more attention. Today, he's one of my favorite 'current' guitar slingers. The new DVD is freakin' awesome, too. I would highly recommend it. Great review!

It took me some time to get over John’s early pop stuff… I ‘wanted’ to like him, but I just couldn’t back then. After seeing him on the 2006 Crossroads DVD, though, I started paying a little more attention.
